Lavoce Adds 15" Model to CSF Range of Ferrite Common HF/LF Magnet Coaxials

Lavoce Italiana will present the latest CSF153.00K, a new 15” ferrite common HF/LF magnet coaxial, at the NAMM and ISE trade shows in January 2024. This new model, which can be used for 2-way or 3-way point source solutions, as well as a stage monitor, takes the company's CSF range qualities to a more powerful level. The new Lavoce CSF153.00K has a 700W Program power handling and 98dB sensitivity for the low frequencies, and 120W Program power handling and 108dB sensitivity on the high-frequencies.

This Test Bench characterizes the innovative TW045WA01 dual-diaphragm coaxial tweeter from Wavecor. This driver's dual-diaphragm assembly combines a 22mm coated textile dome for high-frequency extension and a 45mm ceramic/aluminum cone, which adds low-frequency output and efficiency. The hybrid design incorporates a dual neodymium magnet motor structure and sculpted foam damping ring attached to the faceplate.
