Worldwide Unified Communications & Collaboration (UC&C) Market Grows 24.9% in 2020

According to International Data Corporation (IDC, the worldwide Unified Communications & Collaboration (UC&C) market grew 29.2% year over year and 7.1% quarter over quarter to $13.1 billion in the fourth quarter of 2020 (4Q20). Revenue growth was also up an impressive 24.9% for the full year 2020 to $47.2 billion, according to the IDC Worldwide Quarterly Unified Communications & Collaboration report. IDC also reported that the global PC monitor market hit new record highs in 2020, with 55 million units sold.
