Amadeus Launches The ‘Avignon Columns’ Speaker Series at Integrated Systems Europe

At ISE 2024 in Barcelona, Amadeus debuted three new models of its A 470 ‘Avignon Columns’ Series line array speakers including ‘Straight’, ‘Focus, and ‘Wide’ versions. Initially designed for use at the world-famous Avignon Festival, but now available as production models, the column speaker series offers broadband music reinforcement intended for the highest-quality music performance needs, combining Purifi Audio co-developed drivers and high-quality planar ribbons.

The Festival d'Avignon, one of the world's most important international events for contemporary performing arts, has chosen Holophonix and Amadeus to re-equip the prestigious main presentation area at the Festival, the Courtyard of Honor at the Palace of the Popes. The two French companies have delivered new hardware and software technology supporting the live performances including the soon to be released "Colonnes d’Avignon" (Avignon Columns' speaker array).
