All the new units expand the options available for multichannel audio interfaces to and from the current audio networking standards. RME expanded Dante and AVB options with the new Digiface Dante and Digiface AVB mobile audio interfaces during NAB 2018. No, at InfoComm, with was time for a new generation of large channel-count M-32 Pro AVB series of converters.

Following on developments previously announced at Integrated Systems Europe 2018, Audix now announced at InfoComm 2018 that their full range of ceiling mics can now support audio networking options using Dante, AES67, or AVB/TSN protocols. The Oregon-based US-manufacturer of microphones and wireless microphone systems also launched the new Audix M63 boundary microphone, and the M65 desktop microphone, both designed for education, conference rooms, and huddle room applications.

Sennheiser Wireless Now Dante Domain Manager Ready

At InfoComm 2018, Sennheiser has announced that its industry-standard wireless microphone systems such as the new evolution wireless G4, SpeechLine Digital Wireless, Digital 6000 and Digital 9000 are now compatible with Audinate’s Dante Domain Manager (DDM) for a fully integrated audio networking solution. The upgrade is provided free of charge via firmware updates to Sennheiser’s SL DI 4 XLR Dante interface, the EM 6000 DANTE microphone receiver and EM 9046 DAN Dante card for the Digital 9000 wireless microphone system.
