Schertler “Build Your Own Mixer” Concept Now Available

Introduced at the 2016 Musikmesse show in Frankfurt, Schertler’s ARTHUR mixer created real excitement for the concept of a new self-configurable, modular audio mixer. Given the Swiss manufacturer’s reputation in instrument amplification and its recent expansion into the pro audio market with 500 series modules, the release of the ARTHUR (Format48) modular mixer promises to be an interesting initiative.

Recently shown at InfoComm 2016, the all-new VMA Series mixer/amplifiers by JBL Commercial, have been developed specifically for global markets demanding cost-effective solutions for commercial audio installations. Perfect for applications that require quality equipment at an affordable price, VMA Series mixer/amplifiers feature both 4 ohm/8 ohm and 70V and 100V output with convenient features, including a Bluetooth and USB media player, independent bass and treble controls for each output channel; paging chime; and priority muting.

Allen & Heath has launched two new installation mixers, the GR3 and GR4, designed to provide simple yet comprehensive control of audio and announcements for multiple zones in bars, restaurants, stores and other leisure and retail environments. Highly configurable, the GR3 and GR4 are ideally suited to applications requiring multiple input sources and specific priority settings.
