Parasound Introduces ZoneMaster 2350 Class D Stereo Amplifier With Crossover For Subwoofers

Powersoft not only designs and manufactures some of the most powerful and sophisticated audio amplifiers available, it also provides its Armonía software, a powerful control and monitoring platform. So powerful indeed that the Italian company struggles to explain everything the software can do and train its users. Qualcomm Technologies International made exciting audio announcements in platforms and technologies for the development of next-generation audio products during its voice and music developer conference, held recently in Shenzhen, China. At the event, the company announced its new Smart Audio Platform for smart and networked speakers. Additionally, Qualcomm introduced its next generation Qualcomm DDFA audio amplifier technology for high-resolution audio devices including wireless speakers, soundbars, networked audio and headphone amplifiers.

Danish company ICEpower, independent from Bang & Olufsen since May 2016, announced the decision to merge with Audio Bricks, and to acquire its holding company, Bolecano Holding AB, from Sweden. While ICEPower is highly recognized in the market as one of the leading brands in audio amplification, Audio Bricks is a relatively new company, created in 2014 by Patrik Boström and Lars Press Petersen, which have now become partners and shareholders of ICEpower, respectively holding the position of CTO, Amplification, and CTO, Research and SMPS in ICEpower.
