Neumann Studio Monitors Now Support Automatic Room Correction for Multichannel Systems

Neumann released MA 1 v2.0, the latest version of its MA 1 Automatic Monitor Alignment room correction solution, now with optional multichannel extension. In addition to many detail improvements, for the first time, the optional Multichannel Extension for MA 1 Release 2.0 makes it possible to align surround and immersive installations with the same precision. The room correction works up to 7.1.4 configurations, with all network-enabled Neumann KH Line studio monitors.

Neumann.Berlin has expanded its line of reference-class studio monitors. The new KH 150 is a bi-amplified, DSP-controlled design, featuring the same high-resolution tweeter as all Neumann studio monitors and a newly developed 6.5" woofer with ultra-low distortion and high SPL capability. The new KH 150 looks exactly like the other Neumann KH studio monitors and this is the largest two-way model, impressing for its extended low-end, while remaining extremely compact. Another new studio-oriented announcement that was slated for presentation at the Winter NAMM Show 2022 - this year postponed to June - the new Focal Alpha Evo studio monitor line has gained three new models. Evo stands for “evolution,” and the Alpha 50 Evo and Alpha 65 Evo studio monitors were launched in 2021, offering a high performance, robust design, at a competitive price point range. Now, Focal completed the line with new Alpha 80 Evo and Alpha Twin Evo monitors, and added the Sub One subwoofer.
