The Hance Audio Engine was released in 2023, allowing machine learning-based, studio-quality audio processing technology with minimal battery consumption and ultra-low processing demands. Now, as an audio partner for Intel’s AI PC initiative, HANCE's audio processing models will run on Intel’s Neural Processing Unit (NPU), integrated in Intel’s Core Ultra Series 2 processor family.

Acon Digital has released Extract:Dialogue, a plug-in that separates dialogue from common types of background noise such as wind, rustle, traffic, hum, clicks and pops. The algorithm works in real time and is based on deep learning, using thousands of high-quality voice recordings and an equally extensive set of common noise sources. This extensive training enables the software to automatically distinguish speech and dialogue from noise, without any user interaction.

Just like the stereo version, Verberate Immersive 2 includes the new Vivid Hall algorithm for late reverberation, an algorithm based on entirely new technology which is designed for natural and pristine reverb tails without repeating patterns, resonances or other artifacts. Verberate Immersive 2 supports surround and immersive formats up to 7.1.6 channels.
