The number of TVs supporting WiSA Certified speakers keeps growing. The Wireless Speaker and Audio Association announced that LG Electronics’ recently-launched QNED Mini LED TVs, have been certified as WiSA Ready, further expanding its lineup of existing WiSA Ready TV models. The launch marks the fourth WiSA Ready product family rollout from LG this year, which also includes the brand’s latest award-winning LG OLED TVs and LG NanoCell TVs as well as its CineBeam laser projector.

Lithe Audio Launches First WiSA Certified Dolby Atmos Ceiling Speakers

The Wireless Speaker and Audio Association (WiSA), founded by Summit Wireless Technologies, confirmed the launch of the new Lithe Audio’s WiSA Certified Pro Series in-ceiling speaker. The new Pro Series speaker from the British brand was unveiled earlier in November 2020, and is aimed firmly at the custom installation market. It also represents WiSA’s first certified speaker in the installation space, available April 2021 and priced at approximately $950 USD.

Enclave Audio Now Shipping Add-on Subwoofers for CineHome Wireless Audio Systems

Enclave Audio, the Californian manufacturer of immersive wireless audio systems for home entertainment environments, announced it is now shipping add-on wireless subwoofers for its CineHome II and THX Certified CineHome PRO wireless home theater systems. This includes additional 8" wireless subwoofers available for CineHome II systems and 10" models for CineHome PRO systems. Both CineHome systems support up to four (4!) wireless subwoofers to enable configurations of up to 5.4 channels.
