GainSpan Technology Powers Tascam’s DR-22WL and DR-44WL Portable Recorders with Wi-Fi

Tascam’s DR-44WL and DR22-WL are the first portable handheld recorders in the market to include Wi-Fi for transport control, file transfer and audio streaming to smartphones or PC. For Wi-Fi implementation, Tascam used GainSpan’s GS2100MIP Wi-Fi module which allows direct connection with other devices without the need of a Wi-Fi router.
