Shure Introduces GLX-D Advanced Digital Wireless Products, Provides Wireless Updates and Guidance

At the 2017 Winter NAMM Show in Anaheim, Shure introduced an important new solution to its portfolio or wireless microphones with the GLX-D Advanced Digital Wireless products and accessories. The suite of GLX-D products offers increased channel count, solid RF performance, and expanded automatic frequency management for install applications. Shure also introduced new VHF frequency bands its ULX-D and QLX-D Digital Wireless Systems and launched a new wireless information resource center.

Lectrosonics announced a return to the less-trafficked VHF broadcast band, introducing the IFB-VHF Wireless System, which includes the new IFBT4-VHF Transmitter and IFBR1a-VHF Receiver. The new wireless system offers 239 frequencies from 174 to 216 MHz and will be valuable for use in talent cueing and crew communications.
