At NAB 2023, Sennheiser launched its 5th generation of Evolution Wireless systems for camera applications. Purpose-built for content creators, filmmakers, and broadcasters, the EW-DP is a fully digital UHF wireless microphone system with a new portable design and improved audio quality. The compact EW-DP EK receiver, at the heart of the system features an easy to read OLED display, an innovative magnetic stacking system, and can be conveniently controlled remotely via the Smart Assist app.

Building upon the success of its predecessors, Neumann says the KH 120 II design offers improvements in all acoustic parameters for deeper bass, higher SPL capability, and increased resolution. Netflix has announced a series of brand-new features for subscribers on its Premium plan, including a surround renderer, powered by Sennheiser’s AMBEO 2-Channel Spatial Audio technology.
