Studio Technologies Expands Dante-Enabled Infrastructure Audio Options

Studio Technologies, a manufacturer of high-quality professional audio and broadcast solutions headquartered in Skokie, Illinois, introduced two Dante Leader Clocks for supporting the timing needs of Dante-compliant devices, including a model with GNSS Synchronization. The company also continues to expand its range of Dante-based intercom solutions with the introduction of a new Model 5422A Dante Audio Engine, featuring auto mix and expanded network connectivity.

The largest Meyer Sound LYON linear sound reinforcement system ever assembled was heard this summer at Telenor Arena in Oslo, Norway. Provided by Bright Norway AS, the 360-degree system entertained 8,500 employees of Scandinavian supermarket chain REMA 1000 with performances by Norwegian musicians Karpe Diem, D.D.E., and Kurt Nilsen.

Award-winning film sound engineer Dennis S. Sands has upgraded his private Sound Waves SB studio with a new multi-channel Meyer Sound cinema loudspeaker system for mixing in Dolby Atmos. The Atmos integration using existing components for the audio distribution, processing and monitoring chain was successfully achieved using Dante audio network technology.
