McIntosh Introduces C1100 Controller With Tube Preamplifier And Two New Preamps With DSD and DXD Support

McIntosh Laboratory, has announced three new preamplifiers – the C1100, C52 and C47 – all made at the company's factory in Binghamton NY, following the brand’s signature design. The C1100 features a separate controller and tube preamplifier, and the C52 and C47, offer phono preamps and built-in DACs, featuring PCM, DSD256, and DXD up to 384kHz.

Fresh from an historic launch at the High End Show in Munich, Merging’s revolutionary audiophile D/A converter, NADAC, will now be introduced at T.H.E. Show Newport, in the US. High End enthusiasts will be able to experience the full advantage of Merging’s network approach, particularly suited to DSD source files and high resolution formats.

Swiss manufacturer Merging Technologies confirms its new high-quality consumer D/A converter, NADAC, will be introduced at the High End Show in Munich on May 14. Following its success with the Horus and Hapi networked audio interfaces for professional applications, Merging is leveraging its technology also for the consumer market.
