AudioControl New Multi-Zone Network Matrix-Amplifier Director Model M6400 Now Shipping

AudioControl is now shipping its new Director Model M6400 Network Matrix Amplifier for residential or commercial projects. The Director Model M6400, part of AudioControl’s new Matrix M-Series and is able to drive sixteen channels of high-power amplification in a compact 2U chassis that delivers 65 watts per channel at 8 Ohms, 100 watts per channel at 4 Ohms and 175 watts at 8 Ohm bridged, all channels driven.

AudioControl’s new Concert AVR High-Power Receivers launch at CEDIA 2015 with Dolby ATMOS, HDMI 2.0a, HDCP 2.2 and DIRAC Live Room Correction. Both the new AVR-7 and AVR-9 models feature seven amplifier channels for surround format support and benefit from four high-performance Dolby ATMOS pre-amp outputs. Both models are also DTS:X ready.

AudioControl hosted a press conference at the ISE 2015 show to introduce its most recent line of U.S.-made home-theater and installation processors and amplifiers. The highlights included the European debut of the compact amplifier/DAC, Bijou 600, recently awarded CEA Audio Product of the Year at the CES 2015 show.

AudioControl announced the addition of new volume control functions to its multi-channel network amplifiers, The Director Model D3400 and D4400. Both models now have the ability to increase and decrease volume levels incrementally in each zone, set volume level on a per group basis and set a default “Maximum On Volume” function, expanding the application potential of The Director series considerably.

AudioControl has announced the launch of its new Maestro M8 Surround Theater Preamplifier, already featuring 4K Ultra HD processing and balanced audio circuitry, including also a port for an optional HDBaseT signal extender. Geared towards the most demanding movie enthusiasts, the new processor is also installer friendly.
