Audience Appoints Eliott Nommensen as Lead Product Designer

Audience, the company from San Marcos, CA, dedicated to designing and manufacturing ultimate-performance audio/video equipment, announced it has appointed Eliott Nommensen as Lead Product Designer. Nommensen will be a key contributor in creating new products for Audience and exploring opportunities to expand into new product categories for the company.

Knowles completed the acquisition of Audience, following an updated offer for a mix of cash and shares of Knowles common stock. The acquisition and merger of the two companies was already approved by Korean regulators and should enable the world leader in MEMS devices and transducers for mobile devices to access Audience’s advanced voice and audio processing technologies.
