AW Series On-Wall Speakers
Ashly Audio’s AW Series speakers provide on-wall speaker solutions for installations where intelligibility of both speech and music are crucial to the customer experience. Designed by Ashly engineers to take full advantage of the brand's Protēa and AquaControl DSP, the AW series with a unique DOC crossover reduces the off-axis deviation in sound pressure levels to <9db. This provides a wider “sweet spot” for audio and allows for robust bass, crisp treble and an accurate midrange.
Ashly AW speakers are made from high-impact-resistant resin with detachable metal grilles. They are suitable for both indoor and outdoor use with IP52 (dripping water @ 15º) or IP54 (splash at any angle). All four models come with tilt / swivel brackets and 2-way models come with safety tethers with safety cord, and are also surface mountable. Highly efficient and durable, the AW Series completes the total Ashly solution with the widest, most consistent coverage available in a small on-wall speaker.
IS Series
Ashly Audio’s IS column speakers provide an extreme level of flexibility for integrators by operating at 8 or 32 Ohms, making them effective for simple applications or allowing larger numbers to be used in distributed installations – up to 32 IS Column speakers can be run off a single Ashly PEMA or CA four channel amplifier. The IS Series delivers precise vertical dispersion and consistent sound levels front-to-back in virtually any type of venue.
With their linear array configuration, the IS Series delivers tight, controlled vertical dispersion with a long throw angle and ultra-wide horizontal dispersion. Consistent front-back and side-to-side coverage helps everyone hear the same thing, no matter their position. More listeners on the far left and right in a ballroom, church, municipal facility or wedding venue can hear the spoken word better, while live or DJ music in a restaurant or bar is more immersive and less directional.
Ashly IS speakers feature aluminum alloy chassis with detachable metal grilles, making them suitable for punishing portable applications as well as installs. Available in black or white, each model comes with surface mount “J” brackets. Joiners, tilt-swivel brackets, extension pole and tripod are available. Their sleek low-profile design will satisfy picky architects.
IS speakers are a perfect match with Ashly's SP12.1P 12” compact subwoofer, available in white or black. The 350W SP 12.1P is a robust subwoofer for multiple low bass reinforcement applications. Its pole receptacles allow supporting IS column speakers, or the cabinet can be simply snuggled into a corner or under a cabinet to add extra octaves.
When combined with Ashly amps and processors that incorporate Protēa or AquaControl DSP, the IS Series allows installations to achieve an even wider frequency range with improved audio intelligibility at any scale.
