Noise-cancelling headphones and wireless earphones specialist Phiaton Corporation announced the availability of the PS 202 NC earphones, designed for the avid traveler, business commuter or anyone seeking peace and quiet, with custom drivers, active noise-cancellation of background noise, an inline mic and remote.
Combining premium sound quality and elegant design with features especially designed for active lifestyles, the Phiaton PS 202 NC earphones feature a sleek, brushed metal design along with a wide-range of features including newly developed 14.3 mm drivers. Phiaton’s powerful noise cancelling technology actively reduces low frequency ambient noise (under 1kHz) by up to 95% while allowing for more pleasing nuances into the sound delivery and definition.
Among the features of the PS 202 NC earphones, the purposely developed 14.3mm drivers use an optimized vibration system that adds extra emphasis on high frequency clarity and rich bass. The PS 202 NC are 32 Ohm earphones with a 40mW max. input power and 100 dB sensitivity. Its half in-ear design provides hours of comfortable listening time while the Everplay-X circuit allows the user to continue listening even if the battery runs out.
The rechargeable, built in lithium polymer 120mA battery allows for 12 hours of uninterrupted use, with the tranquility of noise cancelling or 8 hours of music play time with active cancellation. The battery reaches full charge in 1.5 hrs.
The in-line remote and microphone includes a music and call button allowing to manage playlists and answer phone calls, directly integrated in an oval shaped cable with a special texture to help minimize cable tangling and reduce cable touch noise. The double-injection ear tips prevent sound leakage and offer a more stable, comfortable fit.
Four different, double-layered tips, sizes, XS, S, M and L, as well as a set or Comply memory foam ear tips are included in the PS 202 NC package which also includes a protective soft pouch, USB Charging Cable and support clip.Finely crafted in metallic silver and black, the Phiaton PS 202 NC earphones are available for $109 on Amazon.com and other partner retailers.
The PS 202 NC earphones were part of the models introduced by Phiaton at CES 2015 and which also included the MS 100 BA sound-isolating earphones, featuring balanced armature drivers, the BT 110, wireless water-resistant earphones, and the BT 330 NC, wireless noise-cancelling headphones. Both wireless models feature Bluetooth 4.0 and aptX.
