The fixed DSP structure and the simple but very extensive user interface of the new beyerdynamic Coretis processor enable a fast and sophisticated configuration. The audio matrix of 20 x 16 allows versatile audio routing. Among other things the auto mixer, leveller, ducker and equalizer can be configured and are clearly displayed with status. The integrated four-port AVB network switch allows connecting several units or other AVB capable devices without having to acquire external AVB switches. External interfaces such as RS232, TCP/IP and 8 GPIO each allow the connection to media control systems and remote control elements.
The Coretis processor was designed to deal with all signals picked up by microphones, conference and interpreting systems, allowing processing and redistribution in different directions – for instance to loudspeakers, recording equipment or video conferencing systems. Providing a logical and easy to understand DSP structure, with no programming of the DSP layout necessary, Coretis uses an intuitive graphical user interface to show an overview of the activated DSP functions and the matrix status. All DSP parameters can be easily edited via the matrix view. A rotary encoder on the Coretis front panel allows a direct access to presets and volume control.

Presets allow a fast reaction on daily changing environmental situations. All system parameters can be individually selected and modified. Additionally beyerdynamic provides a wide range of ready to use presets for basic applications.
Control and monitoring software is available for all relevant desktop and mobile operating systems like Windows, OS X, iOS and Android. Third party media control interfaces like AMX, Crestron and Extron can be seamlessly integrated via Ethernet or RS232. Several general purpose inputs and outputs are also available and programmable logic functions can be set to react on a multitude of internal and external events and control the system.
